The term “Lean Manufacturing” has been in use for over twenty years, and many organizations worldwide have enjoyed huge benefits from applying lean principles. However, despite all the knowledge that’s available, and the benefits and successes many companies have seen, even more companies struggle with just getting started with their own lean journey.

This workshop will show you how to get started. Using several interactive and insightful hands-on activities, you will learn how lean principles can be applied in both production and office settings. You will leave the workshop with a solid understanding of the essence of lean, and an action plan to get started within your own organization.
