Leading up to WMTS, you may likely receive solicitations from several non-official contractors offering services such as participation in a trade directory for additional payment, audio visual, housing, carpeting, rental exhibits as well as “turn-key” display services, etc. This has become increasingly common in recent years and some of these suppliers may be fraudulent or, at the very least, deliver a level of services less than reasonably anticipated or expected.
ONLY THOSE SUPPLIERS LISTED IN THE EXHIBITOR MANUAL AND DISPLAYING THE OFFICIAL VENDOR LOGO ARE SANCTIONED OFFICIAL VENDORS. THESE COMPANIES HAVE BEEN SPECIFICALLY SELECTED FOR THEIR EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM IN SERVING THE EVENTS INDUSTRY. PLEASE NOTE THAT AS OFFICIAL VENDORS, WE HAVE PERMITTED REPRESENTATIVES FROM THESE COMPANIES TO CONTACT YOU REGARDING SPECIFIC DEADLINES AND/OR SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES.

WMTS is not associated with any outside organization to provide exhibitor listings online or in print. WMTS produces the Official Show Guide and online listing at wmts.ca, both are complimentary to WMTS exhibitors. This publication is the only WMTS publication that is put directly into the attendee’s hands on-site. Any additional upgrade to an exhibitor listing can only be purchased through your WMTS Sales Executive.
